Advertising Content & Copyright Policy

Customers are solely responsible for the advertisements and other content they submit. The Ads2cycle upload system accepts static image advertisements only.

By submitting an advertisement, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content, or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use it.
• You have permission to use any photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, artwork and other content in the advertisement.
• The advertisement does not knowingly infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights.
• The advertisement complies with applicable law.

Ads2cycle does not independently verify ownership or licensing of customer-submitted advertisements.

Ads2cycle may reject, remove, suspend or refuse to display an advertisement that we reasonably believe:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person's rights
• Contains deceptive or unlawful material
• Violates Ads2cycle policies or advertising standards
• Creates safety or operational concerns

Ads2cycle may specify image file type, dimensions, aspect ratio, file size, resolution and other technical requirements, and may allow you to fit, crop, resize or otherwise adjust your advertisement so it displays properly. Current requirements are shown on the Ad Requirements page and in the upload tool.

Before submitting an advertisement, every customer must confirm the following:

“I confirm that I own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use this advertisement, including any images, logos, trademarks, text, artwork, and other materials contained in it. I understand that I am responsible for the content I submit.”

This confirmation is recorded with your booking.

When you upload an advertisement, you grant Ads2cycle a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, format and display it as reasonably necessary to provide and document your advertising service. You retain ownership of your advertisement.

If you believe an advertisement displayed through Ads2cycle infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please contact us:

So we can investigate, please include enough information to identify:

• The copyrighted or otherwise protected work
• The advertisement or material you believe infringes it
• Where the material appeared (date, time, location or campaign details if known)
• Your contact information
• Information supporting your claim, such as proof of ownership or licensing
• Any other information reasonably necessary for us to investigate

Ads2cycle may investigate legitimate complaints and may remove, disable, suspend or restrict the disputed advertising content while a complaint is reviewed. We may also contact the customer who submitted the advertisement and request evidence of authorization or licensing.

This is Ads2cycle's own complaint process. It is not a statement that Ads2cycle qualifies for, or receives, any statutory immunity or safe-harbor protection.
