Terms of Service

Effective date: August 25, 2026 · Version 2026-08-25

These Terms explain how booking and running an advertising campaign with Ads2cycle works. Please read them before you book. By creating an account, booking advertising time, or submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Ads2cycle

Ads2cycle provides mobile outdoor advertising using a bicycle-mounted digital display. Customers book available advertising inventory by date and hour through ads2cycle.com. Ads2cycle may operate along predetermined routes during predetermined hours. Routes, schedules, availability and operating conditions can change.

In these Terms, "Ads2cycle," "we," "us," and "our" mean Ads2cycle; "you" and "customer" mean the person or business booking advertising; and "Services" means our website, booking system, and advertising services.

2. Customer Accounts

You may need to create an account before completing a booking. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account details current, and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Advertising Bookings

Advertising availability is based on the inventory shown on the booking calendar at the time you book. A booking is not confirmed until you have completed the required booking steps, payment has been successfully processed, and our system confirms the booking. Until then, the hours remain subject to availability.

4. Temporary Booking Holds

Temporary inventory holds apply only to customers who are signed in or have created an account. Browsing or selecting hours without signing in does not reserve inventory. A temporary hold may expire if checkout is not completed within the hold window, and the hours are then returned to the pool for other customers.

5. Advertising Cutoff

Ads2cycle may establish a cutoff before a scheduled campaign so we can prepare your advertisement, the playback schedule, equipment, routes and other campaign materials. After the cutoff, you may not be able to change or replace your advertisement. The current cutoff is shown in your account and during checkout.

The cutoff is separate from cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled advertising time to qualify for a cancellation refund.

6. Advertising Content Requirements

The Ads2cycle customer upload system accepts static image advertisements only. You are responsible for making sure your submitted image meets our technical requirements. Ads2cycle may specify file type, dimensions, aspect ratio, file size, resolution, and other technical requirements, and may update these requirements over time.

Ads2cycle may allow you to fit, crop, resize, or otherwise adjust your image so it displays properly. You are responsible for reviewing how your advertisement appears before submitting it.

Ads2cycle may reject advertisements that violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, contain prohibited material, or otherwise violate our advertising standards. See our Advertising Content & Copyright Policy.

7. Advertisement Approval

Advertisements may be reviewed before they run. Ads2cycle may approve an advertisement, request a replacement, or reject it. If your advertisement is rejected and no acceptable replacement is provided before the cutoff, we may be unable to run your campaign as scheduled.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained, all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and authorizations to use every element of your advertisement, including photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, artwork and other materials.

Ads2cycle does not independently verify ownership or licensing of customer-submitted advertisements. All Ads2cycle branding, website content, and software remain the property of Ads2cycle.

9. Customer License to Ads2cycle

When you upload an advertisement, you grant Ads2cycle a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, format and display that advertisement as reasonably necessary to provide and document the advertising service you purchased. You retain ownership of your advertisement.

10. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe an advertisement displayed through Ads2cycle infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please contact us using the process described in our Advertising Content & Copyright Policy. We may investigate legitimate complaints and may remove, disable, suspend or restrict disputed advertising content while a complaint is reviewed.

11. Customer Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ads2cycle and its owners, operators, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

  • Advertising content you submit
  • Alleged copyright infringement
  • Trademark or other intellectual-property claims involving your advertisement
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of another person's rights

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not attempt to shift liability that legally cannot be shifted.

12. Advertising Performance Disclaimer

Ads2cycle sells advertising placement and advertising time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads2cycle does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of viewers
  • Impressions
  • QR scans
  • Website visits
  • Leads
  • Customers
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Return on advertising investment

GPS information, route information, playback records, verification footage and campaign reports are intended to document that a campaign was operated. They are not guarantees of engagement or business results.

13. Routes, Weather, Safety, and Operational Changes

Ads2cycle prioritizes rider and public safety. Campaigns may be modified, delayed, shortened, rescheduled or cancelled because of:

  • Severe weather
  • Unsafe riding conditions
  • Road closures
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Public events
  • Construction
  • Equipment failure
  • Bicycle problems
  • Tablet or display problems
  • Government restrictions
  • Emergencies
  • Other circumstances outside Ads2cycle's reasonable control

If a campaign is affected, we will work with you on a remedy consistent with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled advertising time to qualify for a cancellation refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are generally non-refundable because the inventory has been reserved and may no longer be reasonably resold. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

15. Payment

Payment is required to confirm a booking. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Prices, taxes and fees are shown before you complete checkout. Ads2cycle does not store full credit-card numbers.

16. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discounts, packages and promo codes may have eligibility rules, minimums, date ranges and usage limits, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads2cycle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or lost data, arising out of or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads2cycle's total liability arising out of or related to a campaign will not exceed the amount you paid for that campaign. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

Ads2cycle is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, illness, theft or vandalism, utility or network outages, supplier or processor failures, civil disturbances, or government actions.

19. Suspension or Termination

Ads2cycle may suspend or terminate an account, booking or advertisement if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms or applicable law, fraud or abuse, or a risk to safety or operations. Where appropriate and permitted, we may issue a refund for advertising time not delivered.

20. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

21. Changes to These Terms

Ads2cycle may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your booking.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
